CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can fancy white crabmeat
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 deep dish pie shell

Mix together mayonnaise, milk, green pepper, onion, crabmeat, Swiss cheese and flour. Beat the eggs separately and add to mixture. Pour into browned pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
