RACHEL'S JUST GREAT SALSA 
3-4 cloves garlic
3-4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
1/4 bell pepper
6-8 leaves and stems of cilantro
1-2 jalapeno
1/2 fresh lime or lemon juice
salt to taste

Put garlic in and chop in blender or food processor. Then add remaining ingredients and chop to desired consistency.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Makes 2 cups.
