EASY CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. Colby shredded cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper
1 jar pimentos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all but Colby cheese. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Top with Colby and bake 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
