SPAGHETTI PIE 
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 jar your favorite sauce
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook beef with onions and peppers; drain off grease and break up meat. Cook spaghetti, drain and keep warm. Mix egg with milk. Pour over hot pasta in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix in half the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Spread meat mixture over pasta. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
