SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 cans tuna fish
1 can crabmeat
3 hard boiled eggs
8-10 sweet pickles
3 sticks celery
1/2 sm. onion; optional
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning salt
1/4 c. sweet pickle vinegar
1/2 c. favorite mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Grind in food chopper: tuna fish, crabmeat, eggs, pickles, celery, and onion.

Blend vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, Beau Monde seasoning, salt and cream cheese together. Combine all ingredients and chill well. Garnish with stuffed olives. (1 can of salmon may also be added if desired.)

Grinding all ingredients makes a smooth delicious salad, wonderful for sandwiches, also.
