BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries

Place blueberries in bottom of a deep baking pan (11 x 7 inches in size). Mix batter ingredients and pour over fruit. Mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; sprinkle over batter. Pour 1 cup boiling water over batter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Serve warm or cold. Serves 6 to 8.
