1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. instant dry onion
1/4 c. grated cheese

Wrap whole heat in wax paper and cook approximately 8-9 minutes on HIGH. Make a sauce of mayonnaise, mustard and onion. Spread over cooked cauliflower and put in microwave until sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle with grated cheese (can melt cheese if want). Serve.
