FRENCH FRIED ONIONS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg white
2 or 3 lg. onions, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
6 tbsp. water

Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees. Drain on paper towel and salt.
