EGGNOG 
1 pkg. (4 serving) instant vanilla pudding
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Pour 1/2 of milk into a bowl. Add pudding and beat 1 minute or until smooth; add rest of milk, ice cream, rum extract and nutmeg. Beat 1 minute more. Serve immediately.
