FROZEN EGGNOG ROUNDS 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. eggnog
2 c. thawed whipped topping
3/4 c. finely chopped candied cherries, may use 1/2 green and 1/2 red
1/2 c. fine chopped almonds, toasted (may use other nuts)

May use maraschino cherries instead of candied.

Prepare pudding mix directed using the 2 cups eggnog. Fold into whip topping. Add cherries. Pour into 2 (16 ounce) fruit or vegetable cans. Cover; freeze several hours or overnight. To unmold, remove bottoms of can and push logs through. Roll in nuts, slice to serve. Makes about 10 servings.

Variation: Substitute 9 x 5 inch loaf pan for cans. Unmold, and sprinkle with nuts, slice.
