1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cooking sherry

Mix everything together in bowl - pour into greased Bundt pan. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Check with toothpick when clean.
