EGGNOG FRUIT CAKE | |
2 3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 c. eggnog 1/4 c. melted butter 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp. rum flavoring 3/4 c. chopped nuts 3/4 c. candied cherries In large bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Add egg nog, butter, egg and rum flavoring. Fold in nuts and fruit. Spread in large loaf pan greased and floured. Bake 1 hour or more at 350 degrees. |
