1 head iceberg lettuce
1/4 chopped onion
2 c. Hellmann's dressing mixed with 1 tsp. sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
Bacon, fried until crisp & crumbled

Layer lettuce, celery, onion, peas in dish in that order. Cover with Hellmann's. Top with cheese and bacon. Cover tightly and leave in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
