PEACH MELBA 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries in heavy syrup
1/3 c. brandy
Juice of 1/2 lemon
6 peach halves
Pareve vanilla ice cream
Mint to garnish

Mix together the raspberries, brandy and lemon juice. Puree the mixture. In each dessert dish, arrange one scoop of the vanilla ice cream and one peach half. Drizzle the puree over each serving and garnish with mint. Serves 6.
