2 tbsp. oil 1 chicken fryer (cut up) or 2 lb. boned chicken cubes 1 c. water 1 env. Golden Onion soup mix 1 tbsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt 2 tbsp. flour 1 green pepper (cut up) Heat oil and brown chicken; then remove to plate. In pan add water, stir in soup mix, curry powder and garlic powder. Add the chicken once again, simmer until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes. Combine yogurt and flour; stir into chicken. Cook until mixture thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add green peppers, gently simmer about 2 minutes. Serve immediately over rice. |
