CAULIFLOWER WITH HAM 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. ham, boiled
1 c. sour cream
butter

Boil cauliflower flowerets in salted water 5 minutes. In a buttered casserole put 1/2 of the cauliflower, sprinkle with cheese, and chopped ham. Top with the rest of the cauliflower and ham. Spread the sour cream over all and add the rest of the cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees approximately 15 minutes until cheese has melted and vegetables are hot.
