CAULIFLOWER WITH HAM 
1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light cream

Break the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in slightly salted water until almost tender. Arrange layers of the cauliflower, ham and cheese in a buttered baking dish. Reserve some cheese for the top. Blend the egg yolk, flour, salt and cream. Pour over the layers. Sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake in a slow oven (325 F.) until the egg mixture thickens (about 25 minutes). Serves 6.
