ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE (VERY GOOD
AND DIFFERENT)
 
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1 stick butter, melted
1 can celery soup
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Pepperidge corn bread dressing plus a little for topping
1 can green chilies
Spiced croutons

In a saucepan cook zucchini about 7 minutes until tender, not done. Mix together soup, zucchini, onion, butter, 1/2 of cheese, corn bread dressing and green chilies. Pour into greased casserole dish, sprinkle with rest of cheese, rest of dressing and spiced croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
