CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers
1 container chocolate icing

Mix pudding with milk and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix pudding mixture with Cool Whip. Layer in pan: graham crackers, 1/2 pudding mixture, graham crackers, rest of pudding, graham crackers. Spread 1 container of chocolate icing on top. Refrigerate.
