1 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. pears (mashed)
1/2 c. pear juice
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. ctn. Cool Whip

Mix jello and hot water. Dissolve cream cheese. Add pears, pear juice and Cool Whip. Mix and set overnight.
