BEEF STROGANOFF OVER RICE 
1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. chopped onions
Garlic to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream (can substitute cottage cheese)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. cooked rice

Brown the steak, onion and garlic in butter, then remove the garlic. Stir in soup, water, sour cream, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until the steak is tender. Stir frequently. Serve over rice. Yield: 4 servings.
