STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Slice top off green pepper and remove seeds. Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover 5 minutes; drain.

Cook hamburger and onion in skillet; drain. Stir in salt, garlic salt, rice and 1 cup of tomato sauce; heat through.

Stuff each pepper with hamburger mixture; stand upright in ungreased square baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover; cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover; cook 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
