SUNDAY DINNER STEAKS 
4 to 8 cube steaks
1 sliced onion
1 can beef gravy
1 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms with liquid

Dredge steaks in flour. Brown. Place browned steaks in a 9 by 13 pan, greased. Sprinkle on the dry soup mix. Next layer on the mushrooms and their juice. Next the onions. Mix beef gravy with water and pour over all. Do not stir. Cover with foil and bake 3 hours at 250 degrees.
