POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until casserole bubbles in middle. Makes 10-12 servings.
