APPLE KUCHEN (DESSERT) 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (20 oz.) can sliced canned apple or 2 1/2 c. raw apple
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the butter, coconut and cake mix and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Arrange the apples on top of the crust and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture on the apples.

Blend the sour cream and egg yolks and drizzle over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. When cool, serve with Cool Whip.
