LEMON BAKE CHICKEN 
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken fryer
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
3 tbsp. parsley

Remove skin from chicken. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more or until brown.
