MOTHER'S PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 c. cream
1 c. milk
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. cane molasses if desired

Beat all ingredients thoroughly. Pour in 9 inch pastry lined pan. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, 10 minutes, then about 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture adheres to knife.
