CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and cocoa in saucepan. Stir in butter, milk and corn syrup. Bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Take from heat.

Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and nuts immediately. Stir until sugar is completely blended. Turn into 8 inch square pan and out with fingers. Cool. Cut into squares.
