1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. grated potato
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over top of meatloaf and return to oven for 5 minutes.
