SPRINGTIME RHUBARB CREAM PIE | |
This one is our family's favorite, from the first thing that grows in the spring! 1 homemade or Ritz pie shell 3 c. rhubarb, cut up 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour Put rhubarb in crust. In a blender, put eggs, sugar and nutmeg and flour. Mix well and pour over rhubarb. Dot with butter and bake in 350 degree oven until done (30 to 40 minutes). |
