SPIEDINI KABOBS 
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 tsp. olive oil
1 green onion, minced
2 cloves
2 lbs. sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, green onion, garlic salt and pepper. Marinate meat in this mixture at least 1 hour, stirring often. Roll meat cubes in bread crumbs. Thread on skewers.

Grill over hot coals to desired doneness, or broil 15 to 20 minutes on lower oven rack (crumbs burn readily if placed closer to broiler), turning skewers after 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
