1 box Duncan Hines golden sugar cookie mix
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. water
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio instant pudding mix
Whipped topping

Mix contents of cookie mix pouch and packet, flour, and water in bowl to form dough. Press dough evenly in bottom and sides of two 9 inch pans.

Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Cool. Fill with pudding prepared according to package instructions. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with whipped cream. Serves 12.
