BAKED LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. sausage
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat. Add next 6 ingredients, simmer uncovered 30 minutes. To blend, stir occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, rinse in cold water.

Meanwhile combine cottage cheese with eggs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Place noodles in layer in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, spread with cottage cheese mixture, sliced cheese and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with triangles of cheese. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Filling will set slightly. Cut into squares. Serves 12.
