MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs (Italian or regular)
1 egg
1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized green pepper
2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a blender or food processor, put egg, salt, pepper and onion until pepper and onion are finely chopped (or chop by hand, if preferred). Add mixture to beef and bread crumbs. Mix well. Pack firmly into loaf pan baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 375°F.
