PERSIMMON CAKE 
1 c. persimmon pulp
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine persimmons, sugar, egg, butter, flour, baking powder and soda. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until done. (Make sure persimmons are ripe.)
