CHICKEN DELIGHT 
4 chicken breasts, boned and cut into bite-sized pieces
3 green peppers, bite size
4 onions, chopped
6 potatoes, cubed
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet or wok, saute onions, peppers, celery, carrots and onions until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles. Serve 4.
