CHICKEN IN GREEN SAUCE 
1 lb. chicken cut
1 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic
2 c. green tomatoes or tomatillos small tomatoes
1 or 2 jalapenos

Steamed and cook chicken until done. Cook and put in blender tomatoes, pepper, garlic and spices. Add to chicken and cover. Slice tomatoes and cook longer. Steam for another 20 minutes. Add water if too dry. Serve on rice on the side.
