MEAT PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. cheese, shredded

Mix 1/2 can of soup, hamburger, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley flakes and seasonings. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes, top with remaining soup and cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with cooked crumbled bacon (optional).
