CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up (saute for 10 minutes)
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped carrots
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Add this to cut up chicken and mix well. Add 1 beaten egg. Put on bottom of a 2 quart casserole pan. Then pour over the Bisquick.

MIXTURE:

3/4 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat well mixed. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
