MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold water
1 cup mayonnaise

Mix ingredients together. Cook in 9 X 13 pan at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Frosting:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Bring to a boil while stirring, then boil one minute without stirring. Remove from heat, let cook slightly then beat until it reaches the right consistency to spread.
