APPLE CAKE WITH CARAMEL SAUCE 
4 c. apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

CARAMEL SAUCE:

1/2 c. each butter, sugar and brown sugar
1 tsp. flour

Peel and dice apples. Beat eggs and pour over apples and stir well. Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar, oil, cinnamon and nuts. Add flour, etc. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan. Boil 1 minute. Pour on each serving.
