CHICKEN WITH SNOW PEAS 
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
2 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen pea pods, thawed
1 can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt

In oblong pan (microwave safe) arrange chicken. Combine butter, soy sauce, paprika, rosemary and salt; brush over chicken. Heat covered with wax paper at high 8-10 minutes. Top with pea pods and mushrooms; heat covered, at high 5-6 minutes, or until chicken and vegetables are tender. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
