BLUEBERRY OR APPLE GRUNT 
3 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3-4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses (Karo)
1/2 c. water
Cinnamon to taste

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Cook first 3 ingredients together. When it comes to a boil, add dumplings. Last 5 ingredients, same as above. Can also use Bisquick dumplings; recipe on box. Cook 10 minutes, uncovered; 10 minutes, covered.
