LIONEL'S CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. frozen sliced green beans
3 green onions
3/4 to 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt to taste
Lemon pepper
2 c. shell pasta
3 to 4 crackers

Brown meat; drain. Cook noodles; drain. Mix meat, spices, soups, onions, carrots and green beans in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour noodles over top and press down into mixture. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Crumble crackers over the top and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
