LEISHA'S SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
medium bag spaghetti 1 lb. ground beef 2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans of choice veggies (corn, sweet peas, mixed veggies) 1/2 cup grated cheese 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce milk salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef, add diced onions and sauté with the browned ground beef. Cook pasta with pinch of salt added to the boiling water. Drain pasta and add to large mixing bowl. Combine with both cans cream of mushroom soup, two cans vegetables (your choice), Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a little splash of milk (just enough to mix ingredients) and coat the noodles with the mixture. Pour into a greased casserole dish (1 or 2 dishes may be needed depending on the size). Pour enough milk into the casseroles so that there is 1-inch of milk in the bottom. Cover the dishes with a lid or foil and place in the oven for no more than 45 minutes. Take the casseroles out and cover in grated cheese and place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove casserole from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
