BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 lb. beef stew meat
1/2 c. Burgundy wine
1 can undiluted condensed beef consumme
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1 med. onion, diced
1 can mushroom slices, drained

Combine beef, wine, consumme, salt, pepper, onions, mushrooms. Mix well. Mix bread crumbs and flour together. Add this mixture gradually to the first mixture. Cover and bake in oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
