BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lbs. chuck steak, cubed 2 tbsp. salad oil 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme 1 beef bouillon cube 1 c. water 1 c. burgundy wine 2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms Brown meat and onion. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add water, stir until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. |
