1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter

Place first 4 ingredients in glass or metal bowl. Melt butter. Add butter to first 4 ingredients. Mix well, place in pan. Refrigerate to firm. Keep covered and in refrigerator when not eating.
