WEIGHT WATCHERS LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. green onion, chopped fine
1 c. onion, chopped fine

Add: 1/4 tsp. ground pepper Italian spices to taste (garlic, oregano, parsley, about 1 tsp. each) 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped or pureed 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Simmer the above together for 15 minutes. Lightly oil a 9"x15" or 9"x13" pan. Use 6 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles. Alternate layers, starting with noodles on bottom of pan, then meat sauce. Top with 8 ounces skim Mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, leave covered for 15 minutes, then serve, or let cook while still covered and refrigerate or freeze.
