TOLL HOUSE COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. water
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla extract and water. Combine flour, soda and salt. Stir in cream mixture. Add nuts and semi-sweet morsels. Mix well. Drop by well rounded 1/2 tsp. onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
